It was not very fond of me eating a lot of cakes and pies for lunch as it was too much fat.
I asked my girlfriend to stop but she would just give me a another piece of cake. I didn't even care for them. But now, that was changed. I am not just eating sweets anymore! I am eating more sweets like marshmallows, chocolate chip cookie dough, and brownies. I love that they are so easy.
The only downside is that I'm not as big of a sweets eater as my grandfather. I still like to eat some but I try to avoid too much sugar and salt.
I do love that I'm not the only one with this problem so you don't feel alone. I have found I can enjoy more food if I'm eating more healthy food. So you will have a happy medium body for those who have had a hard time keeping weight off, and a very fit, energetic, and happy heart for those who don't. Now I hope you enjoy my recipes. I'm just starting to get the hang of them.
My body is starting to heal and I am beginning to get back to normal food habits. If I could take anything from this whole experience I would say that there is a big difference between diet and not dieting. This really does matter. So please, let the healthy foods keep coming!
